Forget about heating up the oven for this recipe (unless you really want to)! Nobody got time for that. Well, I don’t at least! This recipe is quick, easy, and delicious. Easy mode activated!
Growing up, we always had delicious SuperBowl food at my mom’s parties. Chex Mix was always among the many delicious Super Bowl recipes that were prepared. This was long before my diet restrictions, so I ate it without worrying about the ingredients. Now that I’m older and gluten bothers me, Chex Mix was among the food I missed the most! However, it’s ridiculously easy to prepare as gluten free and dairy free. If you are allergic to peanuts or nuts, leave them out altogether!
