Sensitivity: The awareness level of wait staff/management concerning individuals with food allergies, intolerances, and restrictions. Does the restaurant have policies regarding the above?

Atmosphere: How do you feel when entering the restaurant? Is it elegant, comfortable, or accommodating? Is it a good place for date night?
