Galaxy Protein Cookie Dough

Ridiculously easy to make and healthy, no bake, egg-free galaxy cookie dough (protein ball), made with two ingredients and ready in less than 5 minutes! This creamy, smooth, and deliciously rich recipe is filled with protein and is vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, low carb, and completely sugar free.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces medjool dates or re-hydrated dates pitted
  • 2 Tbsp plant-based protein powder

Instructions

  1. Blend dates in a food processor or blender until you get a fine paste.

  2. Add plant-based protein powder to the blender and mix.

  3. For chocolate, mix in 1 tsp dark cocoa powder (if not using chocolate protein powder). For more texture, add 1 Tbsp cacao nibs, chia seeds, sprinkles. For orange, add 1 tsp orange zest. Be creative!

  4. Remove from food processor and roll into one big ball, or into 2 smaller balls. Store covered in the refrigerator.
